I have been a therapist for over 25 years and I am a BACP Accredited Therapist and an Accredited Coach. I am passionate about helping people find release from what is causing them difficulty and distress, to become the person they were always intended to be.

My role is to offer an experience which makes sense to you and gets to the root of the issue quickly creating lasting change.
Providing a safe, supportive and warm space to ‘untangle the threads’ of what is happening for you, so you can find a way through and out the other side. I believe there is always a way we just need to find it!
Life can throw us a curve ball or sometimes the pieces of our life can shatter, leaving us feeling broken. Equally, our past experiences can stop us creating the future we desire and can keep presenting itself in our present life. My role is to accompany and guide you gently through your process with compassion and purpose.
1-1 Sessions in the comfort of your own home
With Zoom you are in a safe space, wherever you want that to be. You can wear your comfiest clothes, have a cuppa beside you and generally be able to make yourself as comfortable as possible for the session. You don’t have to travel, you just switch on and arrive. We still get all the benefits of connection – we can see each other’s faces and expressions, pick up on emotions and be together in a space, even when we are in separate places.
